FilesPocket is an offline-first app. The documents you scan, files you save to the vault, notes, resumes, expiry entries, and expense records are stored locally on your device. We do not upload, transmit, or have access to this content.
The app does not require an account or login. We do not collect your name, email, contacts, or the contents of your documents.
FilesPocket displays ads through Google AdMob. To serve ads, AdMob and its partners may collect and use certain data, such as a device advertising identifier, approximate location, and app interaction data. This is governed by Google’s policies:

The app may request permissions such as camera (to scan documents), storage (to save and open files), and notifications (to send expiry reminders). These are used only for the stated features.
FilesPocket is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because your content stays on your device, its security depends on your device’s own protections (screen lock, encryption, etc.). We recommend keeping your device secured.
